The deadline to submit donation forms online or in the box in the social hall is Sunday, April 19. However, the final date to bring your item(s) is Sunday, April 26. 

You can enter your donations using the form below — one form entry per item. You can attach a photo which will appear in our online catalog. Please include a photo if you are donating an item for sale. If you’re donating a dinner, or gift certificate, or something like that for which you can’t really take a picture, a photo is not required — but if you found some photo online that you would like to include with it, save it and send that to us! The online catalog only allows one photo per item.
