Annual Auction

BuxMont’s 2025 auction has completed. Thanks to everyone who donated and/or bought items, or just came and had fun. You can access your statement to see what you won on the auction website.

You can enter your donations using the form below — one form entry per item. You can attach a photo which will appear in our online catalog. Please include a photo if you are donating an item for sale. If you’re donating a dinner, or gift certificate, or something like that which for which you can’t really take a photo, a photo is not required — but if you found some photo online that you would like to include with it, save it and send that to us! The online catalog only allows one photo per item.

    Please upload a photo of your item donation so that we can display it in the catalog. We do not need photos for dinners, gift certificates, leisure activities, etc. -- but if you have a suggested photo for one of those, please upload that.
