Apples & Apologies

When we make promises but fail to live up to them, next comes apology. After apology, forgiveness is possible but not guaranteed. The highest form of love is required for forgiveness, agape, defined by Martin Luther King, Jr. as “Love seeking to preserve and create community.” Join us for our annual High Holidays service where we will explore the themes of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur with a particular focus on the power of Forgiveness to nourish community.

Rev. Kevin (he/him) has been BuxMont UU Fellowship’s minister since 2018. Beyond congregational life, Kevin is Adjunct Faculty with the Humanist Studies Program of the American Humanist Association, tries to maintain a meditation practice, and loves (perhaps too much) using his Bullet Journal.
