To Live in Interesting Times

Gabrielle Bernstein writes, “Fear is often our immediate response to uncertainty. There’s nothing wrong with experiencing fear. The key is not to get stuck in it.” By the time we gather for this service, we may know some, most, or none of the results of Election Day. No matter what, we will gather as a community and reflect on how to meet this moment and what it means to live in interesting times moving forward.

Rev. Kevin (he/him) has been BuxMont UU Fellowship’s minister since 2018. Beyond congregational life, Kevin is Adjunct Faculty with the Humanist Studies Program of the American Humanist Association, tries to maintain a meditation practice, and loves (perhaps too much) using his Bullet Journal. To read Rev. Kevin’s complete bio, visit the staff page of our website.
