Reviving Earth: Nourishing the Soil of Community

Click here to access our livestream which starts about 10:25.

This Sunday we are recognizing the national UU Climate Revival and the Earth-centered tradition of Samhain, also known as Halloween. The Earth is what sustains us, from which we draw nourishment, and to which we return. We recognize our deep connection to the soil and our responsibility to cultivate a healthier world for future generations. Come join us as we both celebrate and learn how to take action together.

We will also hold our annual Halloween celebratory activities. During the service, we will have a costume parade. After the service, there will be a trunk or treat in the parking lot. People of all ages are invited to wear their costumes!

Rev. Kevin (he/him) has been BuxMont UU Fellowship’s minister since 2018. Beyond congregational life, Kevin is Adjunct Faculty with the Humanist Studies Program of the American Humanist Association, tries to maintain a meditation practice, and loves (perhaps too much) using his Bullet Journal. To read Rev. Kevin’s complete bio, visit the staff page of our website.
