Practices of Connection: Prayer & Meditation

This year’s sermon series is about practices that promote connection to our inner life as well as the larger world. Some might call them spiritual practices. However, they are very much embodied and about how we relate to humanity, whether we believe in the divine or approach the world
non theistically.

The practice of focus for this service will be Prayer & Meditation. These can often seem like practices that are individual or personal. However, we will contemplate and participate in ways that both meditation and prayer connect us to one another, and to a sense of groundedness in life.
