What is mindfulness? Is it paying attention, being in the present moment, staying on course? You may be surprised to find even deeper expressions of mindfulness. And to learn how we can easily apply them in our everyday lives.

What is meditation? How can meditation facilitate the practice of mindfulness? Or perhaps it works the other way around. Find out this and more as we explore the important practices of mindfulness and meditation.

  • 10:15 a.m. – Gathering Time Online & In-person
  • 10:30 a.m. – Sunday Service both Online & In-person
  • 10:30 a.m. – Children start upstairs, nursery for 5 and under, Religious Education for grades k-6 after a Time for All Ages
  • 11:30 a.m. – Social Time Online & In-person
