This Labor Day, you are invited to prioritize your well-being and connect with the sacredness of rest—viewing it as an act of resistance during these challenging times. Remember that our wellness is interconnected with that of our communities. It is essential to nurture our spirit and soul, as the strength of our communities relies on it.
Join Yvette McDonnell, Congregational Life Coordinator and Ministerial Intern from Main Line Unitarian Church, as she shares her insights on the transformative power of rest and how it can help build resilience.
