This Sunday’s programming is being offered both in-person and online.

Food insecurity is a lack of consistent access to enough food for an active, healthy life. In 2018, an estimated 1 in 9 Americans were food insecure, equating to over 37 million people. In Bucks County, 7.1% of the population is food insecure, with 44,320 people, of which 12,290 are children. Food insecurity does not focus on any individual or group, it affects everyone. Food insecurity is a complex issue that can be caused by a variety of factors. Elizabeth Zbinden and Amanda Musselman will speak about food insecurity within the Bucks County and Montgomery County community and how we can fight to end hunger where we live.
