Some people have accused Unitarian Universalism as not being an adequate religion for the dark side of life. We have always tried to be optimistic as a movement that the future will be better and brighter. We say onward and upward forever. Well, that is all just fine when the sun is shining and the clouds are high up in the sky. But what about the storms of life that toss us about like a small ship at sea? We will explore where we can find the reserves to carry on in the face of adversity.
