Creating Sanctuary Together

Click here to access our livestream which starts about 10:30.

Rachel Held Evans writes, “Imagine if every church became a place where everyone is safe, but no one is comfortable. Imagine if every church became a place where we told one another the truth. We might just create sanctuary.” What does it mean to flourish together and embrace change, even when it is unforgettable? What might be built knowing that we can’t imagine the destination, only see a glimpse of it over the next hill?

Rev. Kevin (he/him) has been BuxMont UU Fellowship’s minister since 2018. Beyond congregational life, Kevin is Adjunct Faculty with the Humanist Studies Program of the American Humanist Association, tries to maintain a meditation practice, and loves (perhaps too much) using his Bullet Journal.
