Being, Becoming, Belonging, BEING

Whether we take active steps or do nothing, we are constantly in the state of becoming.

Both the active and accidental intersections of our spirit lives overlap and infuse our daily activities, and inactivity. We are invited to look to the intersection of the various aspects of our lives , and how we can become part of the world’s answer to prayers for peace. Who we have been may inform who we become, but it does not have to limit who we will ultimately BE. Our values and our choices in where we seek to Belong help us to become the embodiment of Hope and Peace.

Danny L. Thomas is the Director for Interfaith Partners of Trenton (NJ), specializing in mediation, community building, leadership development and empowerment.
