WEATHER PLAN – This Sunday, January 25 the Fellowship building will be CLOSED due to the coming winter storm. Our service will be offered completely online via Zoom, the link will be posted above at 9:30 a.m. Sunday morning.

Service Details:

The focus of the service will still be Inspired Resistance, however there will be photos, videos, and stories from the recent ICE OUT of Minnesota national clergy gathering, protests, march, and rally that are ongoing. There will be a Time For All Ages from Melissa as well as reflections from Rev. Kevin.

If you would like to give financial support, here is an organization coordinating mutual aid across the Twin Cities, every dollar will go to a place in deep need right now: https://givebutter.com/mntogether

What inspires you toward change, resistance, and making the world a better place? Whether it be music, visual art, stories, or the people in your life, we all need to be reminded and inspired from time to time. Join us for a service celebrating the many forms of art that inspire the resistance. From poet Marge Piercy, “…it starts when you say We and know who you mean, and each day you mean one more.”

Rev. Kevin (he/him) has been BuxMont UU Fellowship’s minister since 2018. Beyond congregational life, Kevin is Adjunct Faculty with the Humanist Studies Program of the American Humanist Association, tries to maintain a meditation practice, and loves (perhaps too much) using his Bullet Journal.
