Lughnasadh & Lammas are two holidays that are often interwoven at the beginning of August on the pagan Wheel of the Year. This holiday marks the first harvest of grains and is celebrated with fresh loaves of bread. We begin the harvest time of summer and begin to move toward fall. What are we harvesting in this season? What are we preparing for in the season to come?
Rev. Kevin (he/him) has been BuxMont UU Fellowship’s minister since 2018. Beyond congregational life, Kevin is Adjunct Faculty with the Humanist Studies Program of the American Humanist Association, tries to maintain a meditation practice, and loves (perhaps too much) using his Bullet Journal.
