What holds us up—and what helps us move? In this service, we’ll explore the essential balance between structure and flow: the convictions that ground us and the presence that keeps us responsive. Through the metaphors of breath and backbone, we’ll reflect on how real balance isn’t something we achieve once, but something we return to again and again—especially in our spiritual lives, our justice work, and our communities.
