Go Touch Grass: Finding Balance

Hal Borland writes, “Knowing trees, I understand the meaning of patience. Knowing grass, I can appreciate persistence.” When the world is swirling around us or we are focused on the crises around us, we can lose our balance. To reconnect with our center and to reground ourselves sometimes requires stepping back from the brink. Sometimes we need to go outside and touch grass. Sometimes we need to feel sunlight. Join us as we explore ways we can remember the ground beneath our feet.

After our service, we will have our annual congregational picnic.

Rev. Kevin (he/him) has been BuxMont UU Fellowship’s minister since 2018. Beyond congregational life, Kevin is Adjunct Faculty with the Humanist Studies Program of the American Humanist Association, tries to maintain a meditation practice, and loves (perhaps too much) using his Bullet Journal.
