Holiday Happenings at BuxMont

December 31 – 10:30 a.m.
Rejoicing in the New Year
Speaker – Laurie Brooks

How does a weary world rejoice? On the fifth Sunday of December, we reflect on the past year and take time for renewal in our annual Labyrinth Service as we celebrate New Years Eve.

Our theme for the month of December is Pluralism and throughout the month we are answering the question How does a weary world rejoice? as we recognize a different winter holiday in our own BuxMont way. Our Sunday, December 31st service will be at 10:30 a.m. and IN-PERSON ONLY.

January 1 – 7:00 a.m. at BuxMont UU Fellowship
Buddhist First Light Service
Speaker – Mandy-Lee Garofalo

Begin the new year with a Buddhist First Light Meditation at the Fellowship. We will begin with Buddhist prayers for peace and healing followed by a period of silent meditation as we watch the sunrise over the creek. Afterwards we will have a time for                                                 reflection and sharing.
