This Sunday’s programming is being offered both in-person and online.

Fish Stories. A story for those times when up out of our ordinary life, love calls us to do something we don’t want to. So we resist the call or worse — we answer the call and the results are not what we expected. Which leaves us with the question — why bother? (Bonus Content: Some purely speculative hypotheses that ancient sailors in the Mediterranean were UU’s!)

Rev. Gregory Pelley is the Lead Minsister at the Unitarian Universalist Society of Mill Creek in Newark, DE. Gregory is deeply curious about the human imagination and particularly the ways stories establish, destroy, and recreate the identities and structures of community. He is intrigued by how stories (in all their forms) are inherited, transmitted, used and then transformed by culture. He currently resides in the smudgy liminal space between Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland — too rural to get decent internet, but still only a ten-minute drive to Starbucks.
