This Sunday’s programming is being offered both in-person and online.

As we explore Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, we learn that becoming an ally or advocate for change is a journey. The Peace Center’s Gayle Evans will take us through the five steps on that journey–1. knowing what you don’t know, 2. awareness, 3. reflection and acceptance, 4. action and then finally 5. ally/advocate. A learning experience you won’t want to miss.

Gayle Evans, INVEST Program Director, spent 20 years as Director of Tutoring Services serving students who were academically underprepared and financially disadvantaged at Bucks County Community College. Prior to working for The Peace Center, she was employed as Project Director of 21st Century Community Learning Centers, Bristol Borough, and the United Way of Bucks County. She holds a degree in Journalism from the University of South Carolina, and Education from Holy Family University. She is also a Conflict Resolution Specialist and is certified in Divorce and Custody Mediation.
