There is so much going on, from the personal level to the global, and it is so easy to keep moving at a frantic pace. Together, let’s explore what it would be like to treat yourself with the kindness and compassion that you show to your dearest loved ones.

Rev. Aisha Ansano is serving this year as the Youth Coordinator for AFIRE, working with staff, advisors, and youth from the AFIRE congregations to create community for our high schoolers. She is a co-founder of the dinner church consultancy Nourish UU, as well as the affiliated community minister at First Parish in Malden, MA.
